Terms and Condition
Theory Skill test shall be conducted ONLINE .
Duration of Online Skill Test ( Theory) shall be 1 to 2 hours depending upon the level and Topic.
Practical Skill Test Shall be conducted only for Students who Pass Theory Online Skill test with at-least 75% of marks
Pre-Qualifications to take Theory Skill Test
Minimum Age - 20 years
Read and Under Stand Simple Basic English
Technical Aptitude
Basic Computer Knowledge
Certificate
A Certificate shall be available for all the students who pass Skill test with at-least 75% marks .
Types of Certificates
GEA Issue 3 types of Certificates
Yellow Certificate
It would be issued to all new entrants after getting basic safety and technical training and passing skill test . All members passing this skill test would be able to work in industry as assistance and helper to get further on the job training . It will be valid for three years from the date of issue and must be converted into Green certification before 3 years. Members already working in industry for at least for one year can take Yellow certificate skill test directly without training.
Green Certificate
Standard trade wise - operation, installation, service, safety audit, technical audit, quality assurance or Supervision
It would be issued to members after getting sufficient advanced knowledge and skill in installation/service to install, service and test and commission the elevators and safety and technical skills and passing skill test. All members passing this skill test would be able to work in industry as field technicians in installation and service trade. It will be valid for 3 years three years from the date of issue and must be converted into Pink certification before 3 years or must be revalidated by passing skill test again. Members already working in industry at least for 3 year can take Green certificate skill test directly without training.
Pink Certificate
Domain Expert skill level - It would be issued to members after getting sufficient advanced knowledge and skill in installation / service and safety and technical skills and passing skill test. All members passing this skill test would be able to work in industry as field engineers, supervisors, technical managers, account managers in operation, installation and service trade and as field auditors in safety and quality assurance. It will be valid for three years from the date of issue and must be re-validated by passing skill test again. Members already working in industry, at least for 10 year can take Pink certificate skill test directly without training.
Investment ( Fees) for Theory Online Skill Test
Yellow Certificate - Rs 6000/- + GST
Green Certificate - Rs 8000/- + GST
Pink Certificate - Rs 10000/- + GST
